The first three point shot in Basketball was made in 1945 at the collegiate level in a game between Fordham and Columbia, but it is unknown who took it. Various professional leagues used it as early as 1961, but not on a consistent basis. The ABA used it before their merger with the NBA. The first NBA three point shot is credited to Chris Ford of the Celtics, but it is believed that Kevin Grevey of the Bullets hit the first three point shot earlier in the same day, October 12, 1979.

We don't know the names of the actual first triumvirate. Triumvirate only means "three men", and it was a committee that the senate appointed to investigate certain problems and to come up with ideas for a solution. However the triumvirate that is commonly known as the "First Triumvirate" consisted of Caesar, Crassus and Pompeii. It was not formal nor official, it was simply three men working for each others interests.

Field Goal (FG) percentage can be determined by diving the field goals made by the field goals attempted. For instance, if a player makes 5 field goals out of 8, then his/her field goal percentage is 62.5%. The field goal percentage is composed of all field goals made--whether a two-pointer or three-pointer. A player's three-pointer percentage is three-pointers made divided by three-pointers attempted. You can find a player or team's field goal percentage in the NBA section of any sports website or listed in the sports section of most U.S. newspapers.
