No, only some professional golfers use them. They aren't allowed to use them during tournament play, but even so only some of the golfers use them. Most use their caddies on a daily basis to develop a better relationship.
If I am correct, Snead State is a community college, so it could not confer a doctor of medicine degree, but you could attend Snead State, graduate with your associate's degree then use those credits at the University of Alabama, graduate with a bachelor's degree from there, and then apply to medical school. University of Alabama also has a medical school in Birmingham, and it is actually quite nice. I was there on a conference once.
