Good question, no-one ever did, and it's unavailable in the Madden games, so most likely no.

Wrong! Several players wore the numbers "0" and "00." In fact, one of them is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Jim Otto, who played center for the Oakland Raiders. Ken Burrough, a wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints and Houston Oilers in the 1970s, also wore "00." Obert Logan, a defensive back, wore "O" with the 1963 Detroit Lions. John Oleszweski, wore the number when he played for the Redskins, Lions and Broncos.

The number has not been worn since Burrough retired in the late 70s. I am unaware if the NFL has outlawed the number, but it was worn. And there are those of us who remember football before the Madden games were invented.

Yeah, a player can wear any number he/she feels like. But its's up to the manager.

In my team yes, Ushaly "0" is a player with no number, so if you shirt hasn't got a number yet and you were the only one on the team then they would just put you down as 0, :)

Ken Burrough wore 00 while a receiver for the Houston Oilers between 1971-1981. Hall of Famer Jim Otto, who played center for the Oakland Raiders between 1960-1974, also wore 00. I think George Blanda
