Good question, no-one ever did, and it's unavailable in the Madden games, so most likely no.
Wrong! Several players wore the numbers "0" and "00." In fact, one of them is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Jim Otto, who played center for the Oakland Raiders. Ken Burrough, a wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints and Houston Oilers in the 1970s, also wore "00." Obert Logan, a defensive back, wore "O" with the 1963 Detroit Lions. John Oleszweski, wore the number when he played for the Redskins, Lions and Broncos.
The number has not been worn since Burrough retired in the late 70s. I am unaware if the NFL has outlawed the number, but it was worn. And there are those of us who remember football before the Madden games were invented.

Depending on their position, players in the NFL can wear numbers ranging from 1 to 99. The NFL no longer allows 0 or 00 to be used by players.

It is 0.
gibbs and prince of south Africa have used the number 00 on their backs
not possible because it isn't considered an actual number. you must wear between 1 and 99. and 3 and 1/2 either, because it is not a whole number. Actually your wrong in 1995 to 1996 Martin Biron wore Number 00 with the Buffalo Sabres for three games
0 00 0 00 00 0 00
It is possible to have the number zero on a soccer jersey, but must be formatted so that there are two zeroes like this: 00. It just has to be different from other numbers, and it must not exceed two digits.

I suppose you are talking about the International Phone number. For France, it is 00 33 Every phone number begins by a 0, this 0 is not to be composed when you use the international code and is written between brackets 00 33 (0)### ## ## ##
