Frank Robinson of the Baltimore Orioles won the World Series MVP award in 1966. He also won the regular season MVP that year. Mike Schmidt, Willie Stargell, Reggie Jackson, Sandy Koufax and Robinson are the only other players to win both awards in the same season.

Bob Gibson of the St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series MVP award in 1967. He also won the award in 1964. Sandy Koufax, Reggie Jackson and Gibson are the only players to win the award twice.
