Mainly the Baltimore Colts from 1956-1972, after which he played one season for the San Diego Chargers. I typed his name into Google and looked at his Wikipedia page, I suggest you do the same next time.

Johnny Unitas was probably the best quarterback ever to play in the NFL. For most of his career he was with the Baltimore Colts. He was the winning quarterback in the first NFL championship game to go into overtime. (For you youngsters, it was a decade before the first Super Bowl game.) Many people said it was the best game ever played, at least to that time. If you google "Johnny Unitas" you will come up with about 350,000 websites. It's worth spending some time learning about this great pro. Some of his records still stand.
