Detroit Tigers reliever Joel Zumaya on Oct. 10, 2006 recorded a pitched fastball in a game at 104.8 MPH. It's the only recorded pitch over 103MPH.

your so wrong it's Stephen Strasburgh he's 19 ( i think ) and is being drafted onto the Washington Nationals in 2010. the pitch was 117mph
