1) Ernie Nevers of the Chicago Cardinals vs. the Chicago Bears in 1929.

2) Dub Jones of the Cleveland Browns vs. the Chicago Bears in 1951.

3) Gale Sayers of the Chicago Bears vs. the San Francisco 49ers in 1965.
