I'm gonna assume your asking which quarterbacks in American football now have won an AFL (Australian Football Rules) championship (they're called premierships) before.
the answer is Sav Rocca. Not sure who he plays for over in America now, but he used to play for the North Melbourne Kangaroos in AFL.
AFL Essendon Bombers full back Dustin Fletcher might also be coming over to America to become a quarterback. if he does, he'll also be a quarterback with an AFL premiership under his belt.
i can't think of any others of the top of my head, though, if there are any.
hope this helped!

The Green Bay Packers had 9 NFL Championships prior to the advent of the Super Bowl - prior to 1933 there was no championship game - the Championship was awarded to the team with the best season record - the Packers won three of those and 6 Championship games thus totaling 9 - they also won three post Super Bowl yet pre-merger NFL championships during the first years of the Super Bowl - that would bring their pre-merger "NFL" Championship total to 12. The Chicago Bears would be 2nd with 8 pre - Super Bowl Championships.
