Jerry Lucas..who is the only other player besides Chamberlain to average 20 pts per game and 20 rebounds per game 2 different seasons.
AND
Malone
According to NBA com
Moses Malone averaged 24.8 and 17.6 in '78-'79 and 24.5 and 15.3 in ' 82-'83
UPDATE: You can add Kevin Love to this list.
With 10 games to go he's averaging 20.3 points and 15.4 rebounds per game. These numbers are evidently going to stand because he appears to be done for the 2010-2011 season due to a left groin injury
It should also be noted that on 3/9/2011 Love recorded his 52nd consecutive double double in what would be the final game of a double double streak that would surpass Moses Malone for the longest streak since the ABA-NBA merger in 1976.
Wilt Chamberlain holds the disproportionately absurd record of 227 consecutive double-doubles from 1964 to 1967.
Wilton Norman Chamberlain
He led the NBA in scoring seven consecutive years (1959 - 65) and in rebounding 11 times. He ranks first in career rebounds (23,924) and career rebounding average (22.9 per game).
Bob Pettit averages 20 ppg and 20rbg in 1season.
Jerry Lucas averaged 20ppg and 20 rpg 2 different seasons!!!

A surprising one I know for sure is Happy Hairston, approx. 14.5 ppg and 10.3 rpg in over ten seasons. Wilt, Hakeem,Bird, and Moses Malone all averaged double-doubles(points/rebounds in each instance) for their careers.Magic and John Stockton did with assists and points. I am sure that there are others that averaged double-doubles for their careers.
1997-98 for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He played in all 82 regular season games and averaged 13.9 points per game and 8.8 rebounds per game.
50.4 is not the correct answer. I don't know the correct one, but 50.4 is what he averaged in points his SECOND season in the NBA. First season average was 37.6.
