Dallas has 21 division titles. Pittsburgh has 19. The most in the modern history (ie, since 1960) of the NFL. Minnesota is third with 18. It should be noted that Pittsburgh has been the league since 1933. Dallas-1960 and Minnesota-1961.

Since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970 and through the 2010 season, that is the Pittsburgh Steelers with 20 division titles. The Dallas Cowboys are next with 18, the San Francisco 49ers have 17, and the Minnesota Vikings have 16.

The Green Bay Packers have won the most Championships with 13. If you are counting only superbowls it's the Pittsburgh Steelers with 6.
