The NFL doesn't keep that statistic because some QBs throw the ball many more times than others. The NFL keeps a statistic called 'Lowest Percentage Intercepted for a Season'. The all time leader in that statistic is Kansas City Chiefs QB Damon Huard who, in 2006, had an interception percentage of 0.41. He threw 1 interception in 244 pass attempts. Second all time is Joe Ferguson of the 1976 Buffalo Bills who threw 1 interception in 151 pass attempts for an interception percentage of 0.66. Third all time is Steve DeBerg of the 1990 Kansas City Chiefs who threw 4 interceptions in 444 pass attempts for an interception percentage of 0.90.

How is that a record? Darren McFadden played the quarterback position for three seasons, and threw only 1 interception. I'm sure there are other quarterbacks that played three seasons and threw no interceptions, either 1) because they played only in mop-up situations, 2) because they only took one or two snaps all season, or 3) because they never threw the ball. I think you need to add some kind of "minimum number of passes" condition for this question to make sense.
