Slovak hockey player Frantisek Zubek shot the goal 5 seconds after the beginning of the game between Presov and Bardejov (2nd Slovak Hockey League, 2nd game of the play-off series, 28.2.2008). As the curiosity, Zubek was called to Presov from HC Liptovsky Mikulas (Slovak Hockey Extraleague) as HC LM didn't qualified to the play-off of SHE and only couple of days before (22.2.2008) he scored goal just 9 seconds after the beginning of the league game between Liptovsky Mikulas-Slovakia Under 20 (they play in SHE).
Zubek's goal after 5 second is the fastest in Europe (Up to now, Magnus Werblom from swedish MoDo was holding record as he score after 6 seconds in the game agains Leksand in 2000). Yet, Alexander Mogilnyi (TOR-BUF, 1991), Doug Smail(WIN-STL, 1981), and Bryan John Trottier (BOS-NYI, 1984) scored after 5 seconds, as well.

Immediately following the kickoff, Al Abed struck the ball from midfield with such strength and accuracy that it soared into the net for a quick goal. The 21-year-old's shot resulted in a goal just two seconds after kickoff. Al Hilal went on to win theunder-23 Prince Faisal bin Fahad Cup 4-0.But a Clyde FC player called Adam Strachan in the second division came close as the ball was passed to him then he ran down the wing and scored an absolute beuty in 8 seconds

∙ 15y agoThe first goal in NHL was..... the high scoring forward found the net 23 seconds into overtime to give the defending Stanley Cup champions a 5-4 comeback win over the New York Rangers on Saturday was reported on Oct 18 2008(my birthday)
But on 1994, is by Dave Ritchie the first goal. And With the last the fastest goal in Nhl was.....March 26 1994 was four-seconds.
