Tom Thacker won two NCAA titles with Cincinnati in 1960/61 and 1961/62. He was on the Celtics team that won the NBA title in 1867/68, and he played for the Indiana Pacers in 1969/70 when they won the ABA title.

Ray Allen (UConn '99, Celtics '08) is the only one off the top of my head.

Ray Allen wasn't on the 99 Uconn team that won the NCAA title. Richard Hamilton was however and also won a title with the 2004 pistons.
