No Head Coach Won Super Bowls with 2 different teams, BUT 5 have led 2 different teams to the Super Bowl.
Don Shula, Colts & Miami
Bill Parcells, Giants & Patriots
Dick Vermeil, Eagles & Rams
Dan Reeves, Broncos & Falcons Mike Holmgren, Packers & Seahawks
No coach has ever won Super Bowls with two different clubs. However, five coaches have taken two different clubs to the Super Bowl and four have won at least once with one of the teams: Don Shula with the Colts (0-1) and Dolphins (2-3), Bill Parcells with the Giants (2-0) and Patriots (0-1), Mike Holmgren with the Packers (1-1) and Seahawks (0-1), and Dick Vermeil with the Eagles (0-1) and Rams (1-0). Dan Reeves is the exception, having taken both the Broncos (3 times) and Falcons (once) to the Super Bowl, but losing every appearance with both teams.
None. The closest this has ever happened is when Bill Parcells won with the Giants in 1987 and 1991 and made it to the Super bowl in 1997 with the Patriots but lost to Packers.
Also, Mike Holmgren won with the Packers in 1997 and made it to the 2006 Super Bowl with the Seahawks but lost to the Steelers.

In 1975 and 1976 with Chuck Knoll and 1978 and 1979 with Chuck Knoll. No team has won back to back bowl games with a different head coach. Who would change caoches after they just won a super bowl ?!
