Has a black QB won a super bowl?

Through Super Bowl XLIII, Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins is the only one. He completed 18 of 29 passes for a then Super Bowl record 340 yards which included an 80 yard pass to Ricky Sanders. He also tied the then Super Bowl record with four touchdown passes as the Redskins went on to win Superbowl XXII in January 1988, with Williams deservedly picking up the MVP.
