Improved answer: As I had originally posted, the NFL's requirement is not age specific. You can only declare for the draft 3 years after you graduate high school. 20 year old Maurice Clarett was denied, while 19 year old Amobi Okoye was accepted. u have to b at least 18 but there u go again u also have to get drafted from college which will leave u probly bein around 21 when u get drafted and if u get drafted

At least 18 because under 18 you can't sign a contract.
