If you mean has London held them three times, then yes and no. London - 1908, 1948 and 2012, to be sure, but Athens held them in 1896, 1906 and 2000. However, the International Olympic Committee (years later) decided not to recognise the 1906 games as 'official.' Athletes who competed have been denied Olympic status and their medals also not recognised.
