Never!! Simple one! They have qualified for 8 (including South Africa this year & when they joint hosted with Japan in 2002) since their first game in 1948! Their best finish was in 2002 (when they joint hosted it) when they finished 4th an amazing result considering they had until then never got past the first round! Prehaps this is cos they had the dutch mastermind (Hiddink) at the helm!
