A free throw is only worth one point.
Free throw is a term used in Basketball, not Baseball. In Basketball, it is worth a total of one point

If you shot the ball from inside the arch, you will get 2 points, outside the arch, 3 points, and free throws for 1 point each.
In basketball, free throws (ft) or foul shots are unopposed attempts to score points from a restricted area on the court (the free throw line; informally known as the charity stripe or foul line), and are generally awarded after a foul by the opposing team. Each free throw is worth one point, and normally more than one is awarded. The importance of free throws is nevertheless sometimes underestimated; games have been known to be decided on them, especially when the score is close. Teams who could have sealed the game on free throws can finish with a narrow win or even a loss because of failure behind the line.
3 Actually it is 5, the highest shot you can hit would be a three-pointer, but if you were fouled flagrantly, then you would get two free throws, and could have a rare five-point-play.
i think Michael Jordan
Danny Heater. 135 points in a West Virginia high school game between Burnsville and Widen in 1960. Burnsville won 137-43.

I don't even know what you're saying
To get two points you could shoot a basket because one basket equals two points. Or two free throws.

A field goal in basketball is worth three points while a free throw is worth 1 point
Free Throw
not sure about college basketball, but the NBA it is 2 points per basket. if the shooter is fouled whilst making the shot he will then have the chance to make a free throw. if the ball goes in the basket then he takes 1 free-throw to make a total of 3 points. if the ball misses the basket then he takes 2 free-throws to make a total of 2 points.
In basketball, the free throw line is the line where the person throws the ball or dumnk the ball for 3 points ... it works the same for a faul too
At the end of 4 quarters, the team that has scored the most points (baskets, free throws, ect.) wins the game.
yes, the weight of a basketball does affect free throws because while shooting a free throw you have a routine for every opportunity of shooting a free throw and if have a basketball that has different weight then your other basketball then you will end up short or long.
3 three throws = 9 points 3 free throws = 3 points
A free throw is worth one point per shot that you make. so say if you shoot 3 free throws but only make 1 it would be 1 point.
