3) Brother Eric Heiden and sister Beth Heiden of the United States - Eric won 5 gold medals in speed skating at the 1980 Winter Games and Beth won a bronze in speed skating at the 1980 Games.
4) Brother Francisco Fernández Ochoa and sister Blanca Fernández Ochoa of Spain - Francisco won gold in slalom alpine skiing at the 1972 Winter Games and Blanca won bronze in slalom alpine skiing at the 1992 Winter Games.
