As many as there are superbowls, which I believe is 41, only one team wins the Super Bowl, so that would mean however many of those there are, that also is the number of teams that have won. So prehaps your question should be how many super bowls have their been. But I think it is 41, because the steelers won XL and that was 2006, and the colts won XLI in 2007.

It is in the forties. the number is always stated when the Super Bowl is held, hence Super Bowl XL ( Roman numerals usually used) the first Super Bowl was held in l966 or l967 and was won by the Green Bay Packers. Unlike College Bowl games they are never keyed to a specific Stadium but rotate.
