The only one I know of is Denis Potvin, who won the cup for the New York Islanders 4 years in a row as their captain.

There are also Patrick Roy, Nicklas Lidstrom, Wayne Gretzky, Al Arbour, Terry Sawchuk, Yvon Lambert, Mike Bossy, Claude Lemieux, Craig MacTavish, Kris Draper, Scott Niedermayer, Darren McCarty who have won exactly 4 Cups.

Alot more players have won 4 Cups and some others have won even more Cups (best is 11 by Henri Richard) but these are the ones I'm aware of.

The Canadiens are the only team to have won five straight, from 1956 to 1960.
