The Bengals first ever draft choice was center Bob Johnson from the University of Tennessee in the 1968 draft. Johnson played 12 seasons with the Bengals (1968-1979) and is the only player in Bengals history, as of the 2007 season, to have his number officially retired. To get picked to the N.F.L Hall of Fame, you have to reach a certain type of talent. The Bengals don't have players that are good enough to make the Hall of Fame, i know A.J Green, or maybe even somebody else could. But to reach the Hall of Fame you need to have ended your career. Then after your retired you have to wait a little bit, and then if have enough potential then you will be inducted.Thanks,~Nicholas
