To get the endurance of a boxer is not going to be easy. You have to wake up at 5:30 in the mmorning and run at least three miles minimun non-stop. Then when you run the three miles peferrably in a park you stop where you are and do about 60 jumping jacks then after that you do 50 high knees high knees are when you jog in place or you can run but lift your knees as far as you can if you do this every morning and drink lots of water you will be the best in the ring in no time P.S. I said it was not going to be easy.
