6th step: you will possibly be asked to coach the state team if u have been sucesful with your other teams
7th step: you have to be the coach of the state team for a few years and after a while you could be appointed as a manager for a professional club but you will most likely be a manager for an A-League club until you get your reputation up. all these steps will take you a few years to do .
