IDK, if this answer is right but I think< most major powers were still actively involved in WW1 to pay attention to it. That is true, but nations did notice the two revolutions. When the Czar was dethroned in the March Revolution, the democratic West was quite pleased. Now, their really, really big ally was a democracy like them. But they kind of panicked after the communists took over in the November Revolution and a Red Scare erupted in America.
