ususally they cannot because the batter could confuse it with the ball
18 Pardon me while I chuckle.
Probably the Pecole little league rookie league championship game, either that or the little league world series championship game in williamsport :)
West Nyack Little League
1957 was the first year in which the LLWS championship had a team from outside the U.S. The pitcher for Monterrey, Mexico pitched a perfect game, and his team won 4-0.
Jonathan Taylor once was clocked at 88mph on May 8th, 1992 while playing for the Pirates, a little league team in Tulsa, OK. He was 12 years old
Jesse who plays for Morley Eagles. Pitches for Western Australia in lots of competions and plays All Stars.
I am not quite sure who the fastest pitcher in general would be, but a few pitchers such as Trey Quinn, Kennon Fontenot, and Kyle Carter are known for pitching in the low 80's. The fastest little league pitch I have ever seen was 84mph by Kyle Carter from Columbus, GA.
In the Mt Gravatt eagles, there is a kid named Danny who can do perfect pitches and his fastest was 86mph during training and 80mph during a game.
No. Pitchers can re-enter once in Juniors and above, but there is no re-entry as a pitcher in Majors and below in Little League.
If he is skilled enough
No
Only if the pitcher warms up on the diamond.
Pat Venditte did, so yeah.
46 feet
For little league they are usually 46-60 meaning 46 ft from pitcher to catcher and 60 ft from the bases
Honestly, it varies. I've seen short little league pitchers that are the best. But speaking from what experts would say, the upper 5 feet, 5'8, 5'9, etc. Less then that as well, though. If your a little league pitcher, or your son is, don't let the lack of height get you down. Anything is possible.
