because a ballpark food cost more than a store because they can make money
A Texas ranger was a young man, usually in his early 20s, who guarded the frontier for the settlers from Indian raids in the 1800s. The Indians believed that the land was rightfully theirs, so they fought the settlers who built their homes there. The Texas Rangers defended these settlers from the raids. Eventually the Indians were pushed off to reservations in exchange for the US to provide them with food and supplies. this was formed from the Medicine Lodge treaty. Hope that helped :) P.S. The Texas Rangers are also a baseball team in Texas
Almost any type of food can be brought in, such as such as Wawa Hoagies (A great idea BTW!), bags of chips, etc. I would use some common sense in this aspect and not try to bring in a restaurant take out box, etc. but you should be alright with most things. You can bring in any non alcoholic drinks as long as they are in factory-sealed, unopened plastic bottles. Good examples of this are soda, bottled water, etc. They will check the seal on the bottle to make sure it is unopened and will make you throw them out before entering the ballpark if they are found to be opened prior to entering the ballpark. However, they will allow you the opportunity to finish it before entering the ballpark. You can always call the ballpark to verify these things on game day. Also you are allowed to bring umbrellas into the ballpark. Obviously you would need to exercise some common sense with this and not obstruct other people's view, etc. You can not bring open bottles of water or any other opened beverages.
In the fifth book, "The Sorcerer to the North," there is stew. The rangers also like to drink coffee
The only kind of drinks allowed are children's juice boxes (soft cardboard type container) and baby bottles. No bottles or cans of any kind are allowed. Your cooler cannot be hard plastic it must be soft bag styled and, measure no bigger then 16x16x8. When they ask you to open your bag, if they see any bottles or cans they will immediately make you toss them in the trash before letting you in. They only peek tho, so hide your water under your chips! ***EDIT*** The above rules only apply to glass bottles and aluminum cans. I know you definitely can bring in any non alcoholic drinks as long as they are in sealed, unopened plastic bottles. Good examples of this are soda, bottled water, etc. They will check the seal on the bottle to make sure it is unopened and will make you throw them out before entering the ballpark if they are found to be opened prior to entering the ballpark. However, they will allow you the opportunity to finish it before entering the ballpark. This question, though, is about bringing food into the park, and the answer is yes. It is perfectly okay to bring outside food into the ballpark, such as Wawa Hoagies (A great idea BTW!), bags of chips, etc. I would use some common sense in this aspect and not try to bring in a restaurant take out box, etc. but you should be alright with most things. You can always call the ballpark to verify these things on game day.
