this is not a question... and by the way... GO JAGUARS!
According to chicagosports.chicagotribune.com, former NFL Head of Officials Jerry Markbreit answered a similar question with: "To become an eligible pass receiver and have the ability to go legally in motion, a T-formation quarterback must assume the position of a backfield player as in a Shotgun, Single Wing, or Double Wing Formation and be at least one yard behind the line of scrimmage at the snap. If the quarterback goes in motion from the T, he will be penalized for illegal motion and he will also not be eligible to catch a forward pass." In other words, if the quarterback takes the snap standing directly behind the center, he is not eligible to receive a pass. If the quarterback takes the snap in the shotgun formation or is at least one yard behind the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped, he is eligible to be a pass receiver.
If a quarterback and the entire ball are in front of the line of scrimmage then a forward pass can no longer be thrown but a lateral is still a legal play. However, by the act of crossing the line of scrimmage, the quarterback does not lose the right to throw a forward pass as long as after crossing the line scrimmage, the ball returns behind and is thrown from behind the line scrimmage.
It depends where you are coming from
The tight end will block inside on some plays and not go out for all passing plays
If the split end is on the line, no. If this wideout is actually a flanker - not on the line, then that would put the TE on the end making him eligible. A tight end is called an end because he is on the end of the line. Eligible receivers are all players in the backfield (not on the line of scrimmage), plus the the two linemen that are on each end of the line. The other requirement for eligibles is that they be numbered 1-49 or 80-99. A common foul is when a wide out lines up on the end of the line on the same side as the tight end, then a tight end is downfield (beyond the expanded 2 yard neutral zone) goes downfield while a forward pass travels beyond the line of scrimmage. In this case, the wide out erred in lining up wrong, or the tight end should have known he was covered and thus ineligible.
well, the person that catches the ball can either be a running back or receiver. A running back isn't primarily a position to catch the football because he usually runs the ball or blacks for the quarterback. There are two kinds of receives there are tight ends, and there can be either two, one, or no tight ends in a play, the usually block but when there is a pass, they usually go out for the pass. The other kind of receivers are called wide receivers, and there are smaller groups of receivers within the wide receivers like flankers. These receivers block on run plays and go out on almost every single pass play, so very rarely will they not go out for a pass during a pass play. Running backs are short and very strong people who can take a hit and give some, tight ends are tall and solid players, so they can block and not be hit over so easily. Wide receivers are tall and skinny, so they are fast and can reach over short defenders, some exceptions would be wide receivers like Wes Welker or Deion Branch or DeSean Jackson. I hope this helped!

as soon as the ball is snapped as long as the ball does not travel past the line of scrimmage in the air
half back it is way more fun with wide receiver you usually only get the ball for a few seconds and then you get tackled with half back you can run the ball for some big yards or get a pass for about 5 i played lineman in my second year. then half back in my third i may never go back
Yes, though this is not usually seen often due to the punt receiver's focus being only on catching the ball.

The expected phrase is "thank you".
No, it is considered a completed pass. A receiver may go to the ground to catch the ball, as long as it doesn't hit the ground.
