i had the same problem... my nipples were sore to the touch for a few days , but i was told that it was growing pains or either i was about to get my period. when your at home and no ones around wear loose shirts.. dont wear a bra either because its more comfortable than the pain of a bra. slowly but surely they'll be back to normal again. likely causes: bra ... irritation laundry soap used period growth pains medicines that are being taken
