That is completely normal after your period you are ovulating, and your body is telling you you are able to have a baby, but don't worry that is completely normal, and no it does not mean you are pregnant.

HI I am sorry but I cannot answer this question. The same has just happened for me. I did ring the FPA healthline and they tell me I could have had a miscarriage, but nothing is very certain. The best advice was to go to your local doctor. Even a pregnancy test was negative for me. I am 38 so it could be a change or shift in my hormones. I am hoping it is a pregnancy as I have never had a child(only miscarriages). My own mother bled for three months and was pregnant with me. I am not a doctor, and don't have the answers(even for myself) but I do know that the body is an amazing thing and strange things happen with us hormonally.
