I did the following... step by step, if you have any questions, please ask. - I placed the sunglasses perpendicular to me. One if the lenses will be close to you, while the other should be farther away. -I grabbed the farthest lens from your body with both hands. Placing your left had on the left side and your right and on the right side. One had is on the bottom of the lens, while the other is on the top of the lens. It does not matter which hand is on the bottom or top. -I grabbed the top and bottom of the frame, pulling away from the lens. At the same time I pushed with my fingers (that should be on the inside of the lenses) and pressed the lens out (on the lens closest to the nose pieces). You will hear a very faint "pop" when the lens clears the frame. -Then slide the lens out by grabbing the part that is out of the frame that is close to the nose piece -To put the new ones in, position the sunglasses the same way and put the replacement lens in the sunglasses, starting with the edge near the ear pieces. -Pull the top and bottom of the frame out and push the replacement lens into place. If you have any questions, please ask. If I can clearify anywhere, let me know. Good luck.
