I highly doubt it. The only result of nipple sucking is a very arousing sensation. Nipples do not have a tendancy to contract or give STD's to anyone. If you feel too conscious about either you or your partner contracting STD's from each other, consider talking to your doctor about it and have tests done to solve any worries. For many the nipples are extremely sensitive pleasure sites and this can easily lead to other activities. Some humorously claim that their nipples are directly wired to their genitals.
