Actually the truth is nipples that are not usually erected easily or sore or swollen and have become easily erect, sore or swollen or any of these things for no reason at all as it may seem,.. definitely can be a sure sign of pregnancy as the breasts are undergoing changes to ready for birth and breastfeeding. this can start to occur the moment hormones start to be released into the body and affect the breasts. this may go on the entire pregnancy or can be a on and off sort of thing or some women even experience this for a short while in pregnancy and then not at all until they actually give birth and start to make colostrum and milk.

i myself have had this exact problem the last couple weeks and i just know i am pregnant , my breasts never act this way(plus i have had every single pregnancy symptom there must be like a dozen symptoms it seems) and i had to buy a new bra already,lol wheew.(and now this new bra wont fit, ha-ha geesh huh=])

For me, yes. It was basically the first sign of prefnancy. A lot of women first begin to wonder about pregnancy because of sore breasts. Mine were sore for a couple days and then they seemed to get fuller overnight. The soreness lessened but was still there as they swelled with my belly:)
