Ricardo Liborio of Coconut Creek, FL was awarded a black belt in 1993 under Master Carlson Gracie. Master Gracie considered him his most technical black belt. Mr. Liborio is a co-founder of the Brazilian Top Team, and, in January of 2002, he moved to the U.S. and co-founded the celebrated American Top Team, one of the most prestigious MMA teams in the world. Under his direction, Jeff Monson; Denis Kang; Mike Brown; JZ Calvante; Marcus Auelio; Thiago "Pitbull" Alves; Din Thomas; and many more have become world-recognized champions.
