There is no time schedule for Jeff Hardy to return to the WWE. He took time out of Wrestling to ' Recharge his body ' after a few years of constant wrestling.
His arrest due on charges of trafficking in controlled prescription pills and possession of anabolic steroids, may cause a lot of complications on his rehiring in the future.

It is unknown if or when Jeff Hardy would go back to WWE. If he were to return, his legal problems would have to be settled. Currently he preforms for TNA wrestling every Thursday Night @ 9pm EST on SpikeTV. As of October 10th, 2010 he is the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
