Wentworth is very private and prefers not to comment on his private life and who he is or is not dating. He has said that if people want to believe he is gay then he is cool with that, as long as they continue to watch Prison Break. He has said that people will believe what they want to and that he is not worried about correcting them.

P.S. But, Luke McFarlen with who Wentworth was caught several times together, to one Canadian newspaper said, that he's gay, and don't want to hide it anymore. [Pretty couple :-) ]
