It's not a fact of should he, simply put - he won't! There are $20 million reasons over 8 years to back that up... Charlie is being blamed for LAME recruiting of Ty Willingham, it just now is becoming apparent. Once Charlie is 100% responsible for the team and he will be successful (or get fired) but on HIS OWN MERITS (DEMERITS)... I grew up in South Bend and now live in Atlanta - but still have contacts back in South Bend....While it's not a pretty picture this season, Charlie will (and should) be given a chance to turn this team around over the next two seasons. After that.... He could be in trouble if they do not compete... My message to Charlie - Keep the faith and do the job you are capable of - with the talent you were dealt... GO IRISH!
