The quidditch cup is not a final game, but rather whoever has accumulated the most ammount of points over the whole season. For example, Ravenclaw could win all 4 of their games 120-60. But if Gryffindor won 3 games 300-60 and lost one game, they would still win the cup.
So each team only plays 4 games a season at Hogwarts.
