Open up your email account, minimize it. Open up your browser, find the favorite link on the right hand upper side with star which says, feeds favorites, etc. and minimize it. Go to your email account and write the email to recipient and in the body of the email say something like: "Here is the link I told you about." Minimize the email account. Maximize the browser with the favorites. Click on the favorite so that it opens in the browser. Right click on the URL in the address bar and left click "copy" in the drop down menu. Go back to your email and right click in the body of the email and then "paste" in the link. Then send the email.
