Jeremy Lusk was a freestyle Motocross rider who was well-loved by his fans. He was married and he lived in California. He died resulting from a performance he did in Costa Rica in early February, 2009. He was performing an aerial backwards flip on his motorcycle. Upon landing the front wheel did not attain a proper height to achieve a safe landing causing the motorcycle to plow straight into the ground at the bottom of the landing ramp. The impact drove Jeremy into the ground head first and he sustained severe injuries that he was unable to recover from. He died a few days later at the hospital with his loving parents and his wife Lauren at his side.
