If you are riding your bike 110 miles per week and eating 5 times per day and including fruit, chicken, beans, veggies, and mashed potatoes then maybe you need to cut out the mashed potatoes to lose weight. You may not be losing weight but building muscle tone from riding the bike so many miles. Be sure you are also drinking 8 glasses of water every day to help flush toxins out of your body when dieting.
