There is only one real bungee Company in Ohio Its called Over the Edge Adventures
and it's based in Cambridge OH-although they do most of their jumps from bridges in West Virginia and Pennsylvania-but do jump a few bridges in OH. they jump bridges from 100-700 ft !!! they have been in business for 20 years-1989 and were the second bungee Co. in the U.S.- trained by the kockelmans-the first bungee co in the U.S. and in the world--1987

actually they are the only Bridge bungee jumping Co in the eastern U.S. you can find 70-80 ft cranes at fairs sometimes-but they suck if you really want to do a REAL Bungee--These are the guys to call!!!
