Although I cannot give you an exact price as it varies from location to location, you have to take into account the cost of the land (which you will need a LOT of for multiple fields, especially woodsball), legal costs in your state/city, insurance*, rental equipment, paint import, bunkers, labor to set up the bunkers, maintaining the fields, utilities, etc. It is not cheap, and location is a huge part in a successful paintball facility.
-It is not cheap and varies a lot. It is probably a minimum 100K investment but that is for a small field in the middle of nowhere. A lot of successfull fields cost well over $500K to create.
*edit* Bunkers- http://www.actionvillage.com/AVI-Paintball/paintball-field-gear-sup-air-ball-sup-air-ball-field-packages (take a look at the price for the different packages) Netting- http://www.a-1paintballstore.com/products2.HTML?cat_id=10&subCat_id=173&subCat_title=Field%20Netting chronograph-http://www.Amazon.com/dp/B000RQA5PW?smid=A2Y624Y5TXKSKI&tag=nextag-sg-delta-20&linkCode=asn (the classic one) then you got to pay for the land, rentals, air, paint, and all that stuff... its alot... i thought about building one but haha... tooo much
