Gagging at the end of a race can mean several things:
1) You may have eaten too close to the race. I always avoid eating anything 2 hours before a cross country race. Avoid milk, banana's, apples and Oranges, and cheese before a race.
2) You may have gone very anaerobic and/or built up so much lactic acid that you are gagging merely because of how hard you've run. You can overcome this by training harder and getting used to being anaerobic.
3) You may have an overly developed gag reflex. This one would require a doctor to diagnose you, and then to suggest treatment (if there is one).
Practice :)

Football works out more muscles, and cross country is really boring. Depends what you see as fun, cross country is more of a manly sport though cause not everyone can run 7 miles nearly everyday. Football is fun unless you're a scrub who has never played before. Also in football you work a lot on upper body -------------------------------------------------------------------- The upper answer isn't really helpful, since they're obviously into football so are knocking the other sport. Anyways here, football and cross-country are both very good sports. They both do wonders. Cross-country builds up you lower muscles, breathing. Football does upper strength. But, cross-country has no breaks, no half times, and no time outs. If you enter a race, you can't stop. It's all about distance and how into shape you are. Football, all you really need to know is how to attack and how to throw a ball...... I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Football is hard depending on how tough the other team is, or how hard your coach trains you. Same with cross-country. So really you decide which would be better for you, football or cross-country.
Babies gag for a number of different reasons. Since their gag reflex is still very sensitive, they easily gag when they swallow too much milk at one time. Gagging is different than choking and really doesn't require first aid treatment. Putting the baby in a upright or forward position should help them to swallow better and stop gagging.
Plan your trip with some flexibility for the unexpected and also stop frequently for breaks.
a race that has swimming, biking and swimming, in that order in it. it is a non stop race and it is great!!!
It's not that clear of a question, but if they cross state/county borders, they'll just be sent to a different prison. If they manage to cross country borders, they'll have to stop the chase and, depending on the severity on the crime, alert border patrol and other forces within the other country.
