Climbing a waterfall can be done but one must use extreme caution. Rocks are extremelly slippery and sharp from the years of erosion from the falling water. Water that is falling is very heavy, so the pressure pushing down on you will be strong and at times variable. Deep handholds, strong vines, and extreme upper body strength will give you the best chances of climbing a waterfall. Note: If you happen to fall back into the water under the falls, swim backwards underwater to move away from the white water. The white water is water packed full of air bubbles preventing you from swimming up.
