Bench: 430 for 5, Squats: 590 for 8, Deadlift: 780 for 1
You don't. Quit the reductio ad absurdum and do both.
Best not to. Your deadlift will most likely improve just from the squats making you stronger and you don't want to interfere with your squat progress. In any case, if you're doing smolov, you'll be in no state to deadlift after your squats. TRUST ME!
i wouls say the deadlift, leg press, and the hack-squat. these really work your legs.
Power lifting competitions consist of the deadlift, bench press and squat.

Too much self-consciousness...social phobia at the most.
No, not really. But it depends upon the exercise really, bench press you should usually be doing your body weight. Deadlift, probably twice your weight. Power clean around 150 - 200. If you are in great shape. And squat should be. About the weight of your deadlift minus about 100 pounds
it depends what age and build you are its not all about strength but an average i would say +200kg squat , bench around the 150kg mark , and deadlift around 250kg
