if you are a professional/olympic runner, under-22:00 min is a good result. if you are not, time between 25:00-32:00 min. are good. if you have just started to run this distance, 40:00-32:00 min it's a good result for you.

It really depends on what level you are on and how much training you have put in. For one time a week you should be able to run it in 50-70 minutes. Two trainings a week should be 30-45 minutes.
