I think you will find it to better if you were to lift every other day because then in between days you would be able to rest and do what you want to do. I know you didn't ask for anymore or any less but I recommend you working out once or twice a week, enabling you to split the body into two groups. If you are new to Weightlifting do shoulders on one day and chest biceps triceps on another. I hope this answer helps.

While the directions say to take it every day, twice a day, I take it once a day on non-workout days and twice a day on workout days. This way I'm stimulating the amount of nitrous oxide in my system continuously. I seem to have the same results as when I took it twice a day on non-workout days.
