yoga is better but harder than Pilate's

Answer-

It is difficult to say that which one is better pilates or yoga. Both are body fitness system but to say that 'which one better' depends upon individual's requirement. Yoga is an exercise system that provides physical fitness along with mental wellness while if you are looking for flat abdomen and strong back then pilates is good for you.

They are similar, both are low impact forms of exercise, but pilates has a very specific focus on the abdomen. Pilates works from the idea that once you strengthen your core, everything else follows. The breathing patterns used are also different. Personally, my muscles feel like they've had a better workout after pilates, but both are very enjoyable!
While they both provide a body-mind connection, The Pilates Method is a form of exercises that is continues movement through a class or session while Yoga is traditionally holidng movements.

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on the quality of a series of exercises that strengthen & lengthen the body starting from the core. Yoga traditionally is a more meditative form of exercise where poses are held.

neither Yoga or Pilates will help you lose weight. Laying on your back and listening to some old hag tell you to suck your belly in will not help you lose weight. Second if you have to turn to the internet for your weight loss problems you need to get a life. Maybe that's why your fat cause you sit on the computer all day. Answer for the question: get on a treadmill. whoever this person is above is seriously rude and needs to get serious help. but the question is a bit sad
